How far in advance should I contact you?

There is no time limit on when you need to book me by, but I take most of my bookings around a year before the day. 

 

What is the charge for traveling?

Travel is included within 30 miles of Burntwood (40p per mile thereafter). Depending on the travel time, an overnight stay in a hotel may be required - contact me to check if you're venue is more than 1.5 hours from Burntwood.

 

What style of photos do you take? 

I take a mixture of candids and posed photos, as requested by the couple. I'm relaxed and photo-journalistic for most of your big day, capturing lots of natural candid moments, but I'm also happy to help organise those all-important group photos with your family and friends. I use fun prompts during your couple's photos to get natural expressions, smiles and laughs!

 

What kind of equipment do you use?

I only use professional-level Sony full frame cameras, prime lenses and lighting equipment.

 

How do you deliver our photos?

In your own private online gallery! From here you will be able to view and download all of your beautiful photos, share them with your family & friends, and purchase prints and wall art.

 

When will we receive our photos?

I aim to deliver all photos 6-8 weeks after your big day.

 

How many photos will we receive?

This depends on a variety of factors, such as number of guests and if you are having lots of unique events during your wedding. You will receive a minimum of 400 photos for full day coverage, but likely many more!

 

In case of unforeseen circumstances, do you have a replacement photographer?

Yes, I have a network of fellow photographers that I can contact in case I am unable to photograph your big day for you.

 

What does 'full day coverage' include?

My full day packages cover 9-10 hours of your big day, from prep to first dance. This is normally enough time to start 2 hours before the ceremony and finish half an hour after the first dance. If your day is going to be much longer than this, or you need extra coverage for your evening reception, just let me know and I can put together a quote for additional hours as required.

 

How do you work?

I'm really friendly and relaxed, which helps everyone feel at ease whilst I'm snapping away! I only gently pose people if I see an opportunity for a great photo, and of course for your formal photos.
